NFL Youth Flag Football

Our recreational flag football program focuses on fun, friends, and physical activity.

Coaches teach players the foundational skills of the game and are trained through our More Than A Game philosophy.

This fun and low-pressure environment allows families the opportunity to request coaches and friends to enhance the social experience.

Flag Football Fall Season

August 12-October 5, 2024

Registration opens June 13
Cost is $85

Each player will receive a practice t-shirt, reversible game jersey, shorts, flag belt, and mouthpiece.
Gameplay for all divisions is 5 v 5 with all players receiving equal playing time.
Grades 2-3, and 4-6 league champions will have the opportunity to play in the Spring NFL Flag regionals.

Grades K-1 COED

Field size: 25 x 50 yards
Peewee size football
Coach allowed on field
‘No Run’ zones are eliminated
Two 20-minute halves, continuous clock
One referee

Grades 2-3 Boys

Field size: 30 x 70 yards
Peewee size football
Coach allowed on field pre-snap
‘No Run’ zones are eliminated
Two 24-minute halves, continuous clock
Two referees
Year-end awards for first through third place teams

Grades 2-3 Girls

Field size: 30 x 70 yards
Peewee size football
Coach allowed on field

WHO CAN PLAY?

Boys and girls ranging from kindergarten through grade 6 can register for flag football.
